This was a difficult sale in many ways due to the condition of the house. Queenie did her best under the circumstances. I was very impressed with Queenie's assessment of the prospective purchasers which provided us with the basis for setting the reserve. Also I think Queenie did well with what proved to be a quite naive purchaser who did not seem to understand the basis upon which the property was sold. Also our auctioneer, Craig, was key in achieving a better than expected price
