There are so many superlatives I could use to describe Carl's determination, energy and hard work, but they would simply detract from what Carl is all about....RESULTS. Carl has helped us buy and he has helped us sell. I could not recommend Carl highly enough to anyone who is looking for help buying or selling. Carl sold our house for $2.5m. This was considerably above our presale expectations and valuations. We had tenants in place for 18 more months which limited our market potential as most people buying a $2.5m house want to live in it immediately. Because of the tenants, we could not step foot on the property to prepare the home for market. We had some significant hurdles to overcome and quite honestly, this was not an easy undertaking for any agent to take on. Carl achieved the fantastic sale by overseeing and even participating in the preparation of our house for market. He worked tirelessly on the home in the days leading up to photos, and on every day subsequent to that. Carl focused on achieving the BEST result for US and we will always appreciate the integrity that Carl brought to the process. No other agent has ever worked as hard for us as Carl did on this sale. Buy your house with Carl
Carl was everything a buyer would want for a buyer. His knowledge of the whole process helped me greatly as I was a first time buyer and it felt rather daunting at times. Under Gary's care we were the most relaxed anyone's ever been with their house on the market!
Pragmatic and accommodating, Gary made the selling process easy and painless. Gary sold our house very quickly despite 2 out of 3 weeks of open homes being during a level 3 lockdown. In preparation for the house sale, Gary was able to work around one of us (plus the dog) working from home. He demonstrated an accurate understanding of the market and helped us set our expectations accordingly. If we go to sell in the future we will certainly be looking to list with Gary (but hopefully we are in our new house for a long time - a place that Gary also helped us with!).

His promise to sell our property was fully justified
Gary accomplished what he said he’d do.....and that was to sell our property. COVID lockdowns didn’t help on numerous occasions but Gary worked around the issues of delayed or non-existent open homes. Gary is great to deal with. He knows the area, he knows what is expected of him, he performs. Probably the one thing that stood out dealing with Gary, was that he actually listened to us and to what we desired and wanted to achieve. The eventual sale exceeded both our targets.
