Selling and buying houses can be a stressful process, but Kinbou has helped us to make the process very streamlined, manageable, and more enjoyable. My partner and I are both extremely busy with our work, so Kinbou’s efficient communication and planning skills was a huge help to us. ...then stop your search at Karen. You won't find an agent who cares more (and it shows), will fight harder or go the extra mile for their clients more than Karen. To say that she took a tremendous amount of pressure off of me throughout the selling / buying process would be an understatement. Her total transparency, willingness to patiently answer every question (often more than once) and kindly proffer advice (when asked) was very much appreciated. I got the price I wanted on my sale, and I got the house and price I wanted on my buy. I have already done so twice and will continue to recommend Karen to anyone I know who is looking for an agent.
