I am 6 weeks into renting with Barfoot and Thompson, based on that my experience has been great. Lan Lieu has been lovely to deal with no issues. I have an inspection coming up in a week which I thought was odd as we have only been in the property for 6 weeks however it must be routine for new tenants. Other than that, no issues although we are early into renting and prompt responses are always a bonus

In the past, I have had rental agents treat me (the landlord) as a pain in the a#! whenever I contacted them to discuss an issue of concern. Belying the fact that I am paying them to provide a service. Not so BT&T Glendene. Whenever I contact them with a query or request I am treated cordially and professionally. The agents (and I have dealt with 4 from this agency) listen to my requests and always allow me to make the final decision regarding whatever the issue is. I appreciate their service and the professional way they go about providing it. From my point of view, BF&T Glendene are second to none.
