Very responsive, courteous, accountable, keep you up-to-date
I find the team as a whole very professional. In particular Sarah and Lan always check with me first before selecting tenants. They are responsive, courteous and reasonable. You can rely on them to find suitable tenants and to keep you up-to-date with and resolve any issues, so that you know your property would be well looked after by someone with your best interest in mind.

Quick and easy
First time renter went sooo smoothly. Had such a good experience, property manager is friendly and straight to the point. I would definately recommend Barfoot and Thompson to my family and friends. Staff are also friendly and professional and very helpful. Thank you for making this whole process as a first time renter easy!!

I have rented my three bed room property for nearly a year now through B&T Glendene.The staffs are amazing, very helpful and always go out of their ways to help the customers. Staffs at Glendene Branch have great deal of market knowledge, very prompt in communication and they posses high degree of professionalism. We always find pleasure dealing with our Property Manager Sarah Ball.Sarah deals with our issues in a excellent manner, addressed our concern with professionalism. Sarah also makes sure that our property is well maintained during the routine inspection. She always brings to our attention any work that needs to be done. Very organized and up-to-date characteristics we really admire in her. I would highly recommend Sarah for her excellent work.

Amazing service
Barfoot & Thompson Glendene has amazing service and awesome communication, First of all we would like to thank Sarah and the team for their support and service. The communication is amazing regarding to the rental property keeping up with maintenance if anything that needs fixing, We have had no issues with Barfoot & Thompson, Also they have this app that you can keep tabs on paying rent or water, reminders that's you have payments due and to see history of payments you have made, It is so super easy, We appreciate your work and is forever grateful.
