We found Luke to be extremely professional throughout the entire process. From the moment our property was listed through to the final sale, his communication was excellent. Each week he provided a detailed report outlining what had been happening, including how many people had viewed the property both in person and online (such as on Trade Me). We really appreciated always being kept informed. Luke also made sure to let us know whenever he was bringing someone through to view the property. He was always available to answer our questions and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Luke is genuine, honest, very friendly and approachable, with a great sense of humour that helped make the whole process feel much less stressful. What really stood out to us was how he treated us almost like part of his family. He is a genuinely lovely man, and we always felt we were in very good hands.
