Selina has a very good knowledge and understanding of the Auckland CBD. She made time to show us options right away actually very spontaneously, took time to understand our needs, and we were left with good confidence to be able to make a decision based on that. Throughout the process Selina's communication was fast and accurate, and she handled my extra questions and clarifications really well, going beyond to clarify a couple of points with the building manager where our unit is located. The entire experience was so simple and straight forward!! Dealt primarily with Luke. He was very charming and was able to guide us with his market knowledge and great communication skills. He remained professional at all times and at no time did we feel pressured to make a decision. He provided us with all the pieces we needed to reach a decision but never pressured us. Personally for me, that's a big PLUS! It was a real pleasure working with him.

While they were the agent for the vendors, they nevertheless were very approachable and supported us as purchasers in a professional and appropriate manner.
