I think Buying and Selling Property is "adventure plus" as can involve so many dreams, emotions, goals, excitement, thrills, and often leave you on the edge of your seat The "game" of selling a property, or buying one, is certainly a unique one Also often if people are moving to a new town or city after their purchase or sale, they then start a new chapter in their lives, and also discover all about a new home and new location, which all adds to the game As buying and selling property can often be so varied, it's also important to have as much fun as possible through the whole process, and just get through to the other side !! I found that with Luke and Alex I could in fact make the sale of my property a fun one I think too that good communication with your agent is very key, and Luke and Alex were always very communicative by email or phone, answered any questions I had, kept me well informed throughout the whole sales process, and were overall very professional throughout It really was like we were working as a team, agents and vendor together to get a DONE It's so good to find such approachable, communicative, and professional real estate agents who take such care and pride in their work Thank you Luke and Alex ! Luke was an absolute star throughout the whole buying process. As a first time buyer this was really a step into the unknown for me but Luke made it a breeze.
