We contacted Misty as we were actually looking to buy our first home and had previously attended an auction where we weren't successful so wanted to attain a bit of extra guidance. Misty answered a lot of my questions about the process and took us through a fair amount of open homes as well as provided market comparisons on a few properties we showed interest in so we had more of an idea of where a property range would likely sit.
