We contacted Misty as we were actually looking to buy our first home and had previously attended an auction where we weren't successful so wanted to attain a bit of extra guidance. Misty answered a lot of my questions about the process and took us through a fair amount of open homes as well as provided market comparisons on a few properties we showed interest in so we had more of an idea of where a property range would likely sit. Aww 🥰 thanks Kayla and Nick! You guys were so fun to look with, you were super educated, watching sales results and auctions and really observing and watching the market. Due to Nick's skillset, I could take you through any property & you'd think of solutions and ways to add value.
