I contacted Harry when I saw he listed and sold a similar property near my home. I'm impressed with his prompt response, not only that he provided a price guideline, but most importantly, he took us through the detailed process from what we need to prepare, how to do the marketing campaign, to what will happen on settlement day. Even though he knew there was another agent trying to get my listing, Harry kept the whole situation very professionally. We are pleased with the help he provided to get our house presentable before it was on the market. During the campaign, Harry was always available to take buyers through and gave us live updates on the situation. We were well prepared for the auction day even though the auction price did not reach our expectations. Harry kept encouraging us and continued working hard to get the right buyer. Eventually he helped us sell for a premium price above our expectations through multi offers. We cannot thank Geraldine and Andre enough for being our agents during the sale of our house. They have a great knowledge of the local market and real estate in general and nothing is ever a problem for them. Their patience and kindness throughout the whole experience was so much appreciated. I am sure many people will agree with me that selling a house can be a very stressful and emotional experience. Especially when you are rushing to clean the house before open homes and then hearing things people don't like about your house. There has been tears a few times. They always had a positive approach and made me feel that everything was going to be okay. They felt more like our best friends than our agents.
