We've worked with different agents over the years on our developments, and Lisa has been one of the better ones. What we really liked about her was that she took the time to understand our project and what we were trying to achieve. She had some good ideas on how to market the properties and was always happy to discuss things with us rather than just telling us what we wanted to hear. Communication was great throughout. She kept us in the loop, was easy to get hold of and dealt with things quickly. When you're busy managing a development, the last thing you want is to constantly chase your agent for updates, and we never had that problem with Lisa. We also appreciated her being upfront about buyer feedback and what was actually happening in the market. Not every conversation was about good news, but we always felt she was giving us an honest picture, which helped us make the right decisions.
