Anna has to be one of the best PM’s I have dealt with, she is easy to talk to and always happy to answer questions or deal with issues that have arisen. She is professional but very approachable and friendly and it has been a pleasant experience overall.

As both a property owner and now renter, Mon Tu, Anna Gibbons and the team at Barfoot & Thompson were easily the best rental agents I have dealt with. Clear & proactive communication, interest in both the landlord and tenant and a standard in how they work & engage was consistently exceptional. I would highly recommend them as a team to any landlord.

The people are not only very professional but also very nice, easy to talk to and always there when you need them. We deal mostly with Anna Gibbons at one point or another and we trust her to do right by us. But the others we have dealt with seem to be the same. We definitely recommend Barfoot & Thompson Browns Bay to anybody who will ask for our opinion.
