Amanda of B&T Browns Bay has been a pleasure to deal with when choosing our location of choice. Willing to communicate and finalise our agreement well after hours she had certainly proved to us that her clients are her priority. A late concern not of B&T’s doing just prior to moving in date, was successfully dealt with by Amanda and we were able to move in without any concerns. Kudos must also go to the friendly ladies that greeted me on the morning of collecting the keys, who were very pleasant and courteous. They presented me with a welcome pack and welcomed me to Barefoot & Thompson, which genuinely made me feel I was going to be in good hands as a client.
