Got the job done
My house was on the market for 8 months. It was a difficult market to crack. Initially I felt Calvin kept consistently in communication, professional and brought an offer in quite quickly a couple of times unfortunately they didn't transpire. Then Andrew also brought an offer. In the end Kash sealed the deal. I strongly felt that Calvin did all that he could even when I thought he was giving up. I think Barfoot have a strong team work attitude that I appreciate immensely.

An excellent outcome in a difficult market. A Developers type property and Calvin demonstrated the depth of experience needed to reach a sale. All phases of the process were undertaken with clarity and good will. Easy to communicate with and his team at the Blockhouse Bay branch supported the process without problem. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Sales Professional

Knowledgeable and helpful!
We met Calvin Roche many years back when we wanted his opinion on selling our property in Hillsborough, Auckland. We were not in a rush to sell but wanted to know where the market was sitting. At the time, he was honest in telling us that it was not the right time for us to sell as we wouldn’t get the price we wanted and had hoped to get. We appreciated his opinion and it showed he was not interested in just making a sale, as he explained what the market was at that time. Later when we decided to put up our property for sale, he was professional and marketed the property well to get us a successful sale along with his colleague Alex Wu. excellent but room for one improvement
Calvin is a an experienced and very knowledgeable agent.he works hard for his clients to get the best deal possible.He is industrious and ethical in his dealings. We found Calvin excellent in all but one aspect Calvin perhaps because he is very knowledgeable of real estate seems to find it hard to listen indeed when we tried to communicate with him his first reaction is to talk over the top of us which we found very frustrating. Calvin is an excellent agent and he could be an even better one if he could hone his listening skills..

Exceptional advice and Knowledge
This was our third and fourth sale/purchase through Calvin. We are what you would call ‘repeat customers’. The real estate market has gone crazy with dime a dozen agents in the market offering to get you the moon but we still felt that going with Calvin was the best decision we could have made. Calvin is polite, hardworking, diligent, knowledgeable and most of all just plain simple awesome to work with. Calvin has a can do attitude and an aptitude to match this.
