Time is not something I have very much of, so when I decided to list my property, I was daunted by the amount of extra work I might need to dedicate to a successful outcome. I needn't have been concerned as Shelley's unpressured, yet timely approach reduced my input to a minimum. Shelley was entirely adaptable when Auckland went into Level 4 lockdown and although the plan changed, the end goal did not. Shelley was respectful of my choices, budget and time restraints. She was professional, calm and thorough, right through till settlement (I waited until after settlement to write this review). I cannot thank Shelley enough for facilitating the next chapter for my family.

I had the absolute pleasure of utilising the skills of Shelley Boyed of Barfoot and Thompson, Birkenhead to sell my home in Onewa Road. October 2021 : we purchased a house marketed by Shelley. Our pre auction queries were answered quickly and professionally. The marketing description and photos on the listing were very good. The social media material is articulate. A gentle reminder to register for the auction. The bidder registration and phone bidding assistance was extremely helpful and friendly. The after auction assistance was just as friendly and helpful. Very good service overall.

My wife & I called in Shelley Boyed when we decided to sell our home of 48 years. From the outset we found Shelley to be we organised, efficient and totally professional. What could have been a stressful time for a couple of elderly folk was made a relatively comfortable experience. Shelley's attention to detail and empathy is to be commended.
