Dedicated agent!
Jijo has a great way of acting calm under pressure and coming through with solutions and immediate actions when needed. The process of selling and buying is stressful, but Jijo can be relied upon to always be available and put us first. He is very customer focussed, and always listened to us so he could help us with our questions and needs. I would recomment Jijo and the team.

An exceptional agent and genuine person
We were so impressed with Jijo. When you sell a house, you meet many agents. It's easy to see they're not all the same, and you soon get an idea of who are the exceptional ones, and who aren't. This can be the difference between you having a great experience and getting what you want, or going through an ordeal and missing out on your dream. Jijo was amazing, and straight away we knew we had a great agent. Jijo worked tirelessly for us. He is smart, patient and insightful, helpfully leading us through the process at every stage. When we weren't sure what to do, Jijo suggested strategies that we'd never had considered, which gave us the confidence and knowledge to make the best decisions possible. We simply wouldn't have been able to do this without his skills and professionalism. My final remark about Jijo is he is unique amoung agents, with a genuine, honest and open approach to everything he does for you. You won't get mislead or made to think something, only to benefit the agent. Jijo only wanted the best outcome for us, and proved that multiple times. I highly recommend you use Jijo for either buying or selling. Take my word, you will soon realise you've made the right decision. Shelley is tops in our books
When mum wanted to sell her house, in Rodney rd Northcote point ,we interviewed four agents to handle the sale. Our family was unanimously agreed that Shelley stood out as the best. She was very personable, engaging and excited by the house and the prospect of selling mums house. She was absolutely brilliant with communication, marketing options, very professional and a pleasure to work with. The sale outcome was fantastic and the support from her branch manager and auctioneer was outstanding. We couldn’t have been happier with the way she conducted the whole process ,from photos, video, marketing and open homes etc. we would not hesitate to use her again , or recommend her to others, in fact we already have done so. Service worth a review
Jijo "inherited" me as a buyer completing a purchase and I found him to be a breath of fresh air. Jijo has good communication, he is proactive, and on the ball at all times.
