The absolutely best in the business!

We found the whole experience of house hunting a bit stressful, with building reports, auctions, and trying to navigate all of this. It was time consuming, complicated and felt like everything was a secret you should just "know" Then we met Darcy. He was selling a house that we loved from the minute we walked in, and as soon as we expressed interest in the house he told us what we needed to do. The whole thing was seemless, and we had all the info we needed to make an offer, and get our builder in to make sure it was ok. Darcy was there for every step and it felt like he was "part of the team". He answered all our questions when they popped up, and was clear with his communication, including timeframes. Waiting to hear whether our offer had been accepted was scary, but we knew when Darcy would call, and he stuck to every timeframe. If we choose to sell in the future Darcy will be our first phone call, as he understands how to sell without being too pushy, and is a good honest guy ensuring he is doing his best for the vendor, and make the process easy to understand for the buyers too.
