Professional and great communication
We purchased a house from Melinda recently and had a great experience. As new immigrants, we have only been in New Zealand for just over half a year, and this is our first time buying a house. We knew absolutely nothing about all the rules, market information, processes, and how to assess a property’s condition. By chance, we met Melody near the house we were renting. Within just a few short minutes, we were impressed by her detailed explanations, patient answers, and warm smile. After that, we embarked on a journey where she accompanied us to view properties in person—dozens of times over the course of more than three months. During this period, my wife and I felt that in terms of professional knowledge, effective communication, and sense of responsibility, we never even thought about consulting another agent or considered looking elsewhere.
