Communication throughout the whole process was amazing - the use of WhatsApp to regularly update us with progress worked extremely well. Shady left a short voice message with the updates on how the open homes had gone and how comms with various interested buyers was progressing. Narges did a fantastic job on the advertising front. Shady has been responsive, highly proactive and looks at all options. He has great connections in the market, especially the investment community. He worked fast ensuring a very quick turnaround and even after the deal was made, he was working on backups in case the deposit did not come through at last minute.
