Shady's calm command of the process, ability to proactively oversee all the milestones and advise on tactics of the campaign made such a difference to the journey and the amazing outcome. His clear updates via voice memos, text and calls were always purposeful, decisive and informed. On several occasions where potential issues arose or buyers' questions needed answering, he jumped on them so they were resolved quickly. The admin support and use of technology were first rate. And the suppliers used for tradie fixes, marketing collateral and staging did a fantastic job. They are obviously a very well-oiled machine!
