We initially contacted Taylor to sell our Mapua house. She was really informative and professional in guiding us on pricing and having an "offers over" method of sale. We were filling out the online contract when a family member heard we were selling and wanted to buy the house from us. We had to tell Taylor just before she was coming to take photos. She said no problem, and if we ever needed her for any help with that sale, to just let her know. So when that deal with the family member fell through a few months later, we immediately contacted Taylor and she got moving on the sale again. She recommended staging and created a lovely online ad campaign with photos and video. At each step of the process, she gave us professional advice and good judgment.
