We were able to enlist the services of Darren to sell our property. It was on the market for 4 days before he brought us our first offer and this was a good offer. He ensured the prospective purchasers were market ready and as a result the offer went unconditional within 5 working days. This level of service speaks for itself. We have more property for sale and this of course has been entrusted to Darren's capable hands. He is a legend!

Tena koe Te Rere, he mihi matakuikui ki a koe me to māmā hoki. It was great to have someone who understands us and our needs as a whānau to work with. Everything went to plan, you answered all my questions and we got a great outcome - which was exactly as you predicted! So we are very happy and I hope the new owners of our whare will be too.

I and my wife are staying overseas and we need to sell our property in challenging COVID 19 time. I researched through different websites and collected information to get the right agent and finally I got Jenny Suba. I sent an email and she responded immediately, and we organized a call. She is very responsive and guides me through the selling process with the responses from the potential donors. She is approachable all the time with different communication lines and that was very convenient for us that we stay in different time zones. Thanks, Jenny and Arizto to walk through the sale process successfully to get the right price that we want to get.

We recommend Darren Harris very highly and the service he provides. He is a fantastic communicator and his trustworthy, easy going, no pressure, whilst still professional charactor really reasonated with us, from our first meeting. He gave us great advice with selling our home and we will definitely recommend Darren and Arizto to anyone.

Rawinia was great to work with, very considerate and kept me up with the play. Rawinia was open to pitching the property at a higher price than other agents I talked to and as a result got us a great result.

Raewyn has been very helpful and accommodating in selling two houses for us in Rotorua. She facilitated the open homes professionally and made herself available as needed outside of those arrangements. She organised the listings, and co-ordinated photography, videos and legal requirements with ease. Raewyn was always available by phone, text or email, to answer questions or to convey information. She is friendly, helpful and professional, and the price is just right!

I never met Jenny and I don't think we even spoke on the phone as I initiated the listing with Pernell. I was pretty hands off at the property as I was short on time and I should have come to have a look. But was surprised by the paper overflowing the letter box and some old litter around the property when I mowed the lawns before settlement. I would have thought Jenny would have made a note and said something to me about it, so I could have made it a but more presentable. This may have improved the outcome. Good result though in the end. Cheers Brett & Glennys
