Martin was the perfect agent. He was quick with communication and answered our queries almost instantly every time. He had a wealth of knowledge on the area and he provided us great advice on what to do to get our house ready for sale. We had constant viewings from before the house even hit the market. We know Martin did a lot of work in the background to make the process smoother and easier for us and for the buyers and we genuinely think that made all the difference. He was straight to the point and direct. Managed to sell our house despite a very quiet market. He seems to have a lot on his plate hence he may need to triple check appointments. There was a scheduled viewing for our house, we waited for 20mins or longer but there was no show, no text or call either, we were just waiting in our car. After half an hour I decided to txt martin to follow up and that was the only time he told me the viewer cancelled. Otherwise arizto agency as a whole was a good choice we were not pressured to price our house too high thi king of the high commission that needs to be deducted from it. Their system was very convenient everything done online For the service we got $7500 was definetely a bargain.

He was just fantastic . Never met the guy and managed to sell my house in under a week of contacting him . The systems the use are Amazing. You don’t have to deal with signing forms and scanning them , or having to drive distances to drop documents off . Everything is don’t online . He was so professional , punctual and honest . Very prompt . Always picked up the phone or called back within a very reasonable period of time . He organized everything needed to make the house ready for liaising and viewing . Their listing is incredible , the photos , videos with drone footage and the writing was amazing And all at no extra cost . Couldn’t be happier . Thanks heaps guys .

They viewed the house 6 days before the 1st open home and we had 5 offers , who can believe this 5 strong offers before the 1st open home. Martin you are the best real estate agent, you love your job and you love to very well serve your clients, you were always there to listen and to explain every thing I didn't understand, so amazing how you are wonderful, even when you were sick you were there to help me even very late at night including the weekend you are there to help to listen to me to your clients. The first day when I called you, you were on holiday with your family but you spent a lot of time with me on the phone to help me selling my house after 3 months trying to sell it with a top agent from a big company. I highly recommend working with Te Rere, not only is she incredibly knowledgeable but very down to earth, a fantastic communicator and committed to working with the needs of our family in terms of viewings etc. She worked very hard to gain a fast unconditional sale, and was honest and open every step of the way. Wendy managed to sell our house after about 6 months on the market. She is very good at talking with potential customers and showing them around. There did need to be more communication between us as it was surprising that the company did not do all that is said on their list unless they were called and repeatedly asked about it. Photos were not chosen that best highlighted the house, it was a random selection. There was no professional overlook to the sale of our house. There were errors in advertising as well. But in the end, when brought to Wendy’s attention, she got it sorted and the house sold, so we are happy it is all over.
