Martin has gone above and beyond when selling my house. With offers under my asking price we decided to renovate and relist the property. I don’t live in Auckland anymore so most of our dealings were over the phone or email. He volunteered his time to help organise tradies to renovate house from carpet to painters kitchen electrical and plumbing even the furniture guys. He gave me good solid advice and listened to any concerns or ideas that I had. Once we had house all dressed up and ready to go back on the market we had two solid offers in the first week of putting on the market. Fetching the price very close to our asking price so basically signed them up and started negotiations. I’m very happy with the result as it had been a long process getting to this stage. I will not hesitate on seeking Martins service again and highly recommended him and the Arizto teams service to anyone wanting to buy or sell there properties.
