Bram was proactive in the process before meeting the vender. He had done his homework with council and checked title as well as knowing recent sales in the area. Bram showed his knowledge of real estate in a non threatening way and was able to offer the most appropriate advice whilst giving the vender the freedom to make their own decisions. Thank goodness I went back to them and gave them a chance to explain how a deadline sale works and why they thought that would maximise my profit. I was After the first open home I was rung and told about an unconditional offer on the house but only on the table for 24 hours so I declined it as it was Wellington Anniversary weekend and potential buyers could have gone away. I said to Bram I didn't think it was fair on them and he explained that he was duty bound to inform me. As well as being highly professional he also communicated there was a lot of other interest. Bram went the extra mile and made several visits down to Otaki to show viewers around outside of Open Homes. The marketing was excellent and he was highly knowledgeable. I was kept in the loop regularly via texts, phone calls and emails of what was happening, who had made offers. We met up at the end and went through the offers and they listened also advised how long a LIM Report took so I could make an informed decision.
