We recently listed and sold with Pip, her advice and guidance throughout the sales process was insightful and delivered as a true Professional. Pips friendly and easy going approach was reassuring and with her help we achieved a sale that satisfied all our expectations and beyond. I would not hesitate in recommending Pip to anyone looking for an experienced and trustworthy Agent whether it be buying or selling. Thanks again Pip.

Scott is the best agent we have ever experienced in Auckland. He exhibited talent and experience well beyond his years. He is a skilled negotiator who is honest and pragmatic. Hard working, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend Scott, as well as Arizto who we used for both the sale and purchase of properties recently.

We were impressed with Kate from the outset - engaging, professional and genuine. Kate did her research, understood our needs and worked hard throughout the marketing campaign. She kept in regular communication, both with us and potential buyers, listening, advising and informing all along the way. For anyone considering trying an alternative to the some of the larger, well known companies, Aritzo is not only significantly cheaper, but has the same or, in our experience, a better, more personalised level of service compared with what you would expect from the more well known companies. We highly recommend Kate and she would be our first choice should we sell again!

Kate is amazing, she goes above and beyond for her clients . She is professional but friendly at the same time. Her warm manner makes you feel like you are in great hands. She is helpful and kept in contact through out the whole process. We have used different companies in the past (Ray White & Bayleys ) and Arizto's and Kate's services were much better than these companies. We would reccomened Kate to any of our friends and family.

As a buyer you meet a lot of agents - Raewyn would have to be one of the best in Rotorua in my opinion. Great communication, thorough and accommodating, made the buying process very easy and stress free. I’d recommend Raewyn to anyone looking to buy or sell in Rotorua.

During what was quite a stressful sale and international move, and during Covid, Pip helped ease our worries and assisted the sale of our home with local market expertise and a friendly and calm approach.
