On first meeting Kere we were assured she would delivery what we were after. As Arizto was very new to our area we had some concerns as to what they could offer in the face of fierce competition from other agents and real estate brands; we need not have worried. The service was great, we were kept informed. Of most importance to us, Kere acted for us, not as the agent to the buyer’s advantage to get a quick sale as has experienced before. She really went into bat for the realistic price and stuck to her guns. We didn’t get any flamboyant style just a real appraisal of the market and what we could expect. As it turned we exceeded that. When I met Ian Watson from Arizto Real Estate I am really impressed with his expertise in the Northshore property market and a wide range of services offered at a fraction of the cost comparing to any other property agencies. Scott gave a us a good understanding of the Arizto selling process. He made the whole journey simple and efficient. We have sold before using the traditional agent/agency model, and private sale ourselves we will never use those models again, this process just makes sense in today's environment.
