The fix fee appealed to me the most but after seeing the effort Darren put in and the regular updates I received I was very impressed. I never felt like I was pressured into selling for less than I wanted, we got what I was expecting and I had faith in Darren knowing what he was doing. Marketing was really good and as a whole could not fault the process.
