Definitely an experience that without our agent Yadi, we would have gone bonkers, his commitment and dedication to helping us with selling our home from day 1 till the final moment several days before the deadline date has been evident and appreciative, highly recommended, thank you Arizto its been a journey, professionalism all the way.

We are in our late 70's and have never done a review but are so impressed with David and ARIZTO we felt compelled to do one. David is a true professional, he is extremely polite, unassuming, respectful and loves a challenge. He skillfully negotiated our the sale of our property to get the amount we wanted. This was not an easy sale for David owing to problems with our family trust. He stuck with it right through until it was sorted, offering all sorts of support. we are so grateful to David for this. Using ARIZTO is a no brainer. Other agencies would have charged up to $28,000 to sell our house. ARIZTO charged $11,500 GST inclusive. Our property was well advertised with top photography, video and drone footage. Then as if that was not enough David arrived when it was all over with a lovely pressie. So anyone considering listing a property give ARIZTO the opportunity as you have nothing to lose but heaps to gain.

Our experience of dealing with Yadi through the whole process of sale has been pleasant and stress free. Yadi is knowledgeable and prompt in communicating. He will not over promise but will deliver more than what he promises. Would work with him any day … again…

Second time dealing with Darren and very pleased with outcome. He provided open and frank assessment and kept expectation realistic. Good follow up and communication was as expected from a top realtor.

I purchased a property off Kara in Parakai and we had problems with settlement of another buyer about 4 steps down. It took 6 days to settle and Kara went above and beyond to try and hurry things up. She conversed with my agent and another agent to try and make amends. I cannot rate Kara high enough for the effort and work she puts in! She was way more than just an agent trying to sell a house. She did everything possible to help with an unsettling experience of having a late settlement.

Kara made selling my home an easy experience. She txt and reply straight away to question, always gave me feed back on what happened after open homes and had my best interest at heart. Even after the home had sold and one of the light bulbs wasn't working she rushed off to the shops to replace it. Thank you for everything

Darren gave a clear run down of the selling process, created an excellent and effective marketing plan. He was always available to provide advice and perform the tasks necessary to aid in the completion of the sale. I would recommend him highly to anybody wanting to sell.

As a first home buyer I was quite nervous and didn't know what to expect. Yadi has a very kind and professional manner, helpful by keeping in touch with updates for myself and the vendor and extremely prompt with all correspondence throughout the entire process. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to deal with for my first purchase.

I've been trying to sell a 50 sqm unit in Mangere for 2 months. The Barfoot and Thompson agent could not sell it. Then I contracted Yadi who found a buyer within a week. The selling price was as originally expected and I did not have to drop it a lot even though it was a buyer's market! Yadi has good communication skills because he listens to my requests with care. Yadi replies to me within a day and sometimes within hours even though he has other multiple listings on the go. I highly recommend Yadi and would use him again!
