Having always used a real estate agent who was commission based, we were a little hesitant to believe that Anna would work hard and bring us the best price for our property...... We were super impressed with Anna !!! Throughout the whole process Anna was in constant communication with us - when bringing together the property information, letting us know when she was on site with photographers, when the signs were going up, and letting us know when open homes were planned or private viewings. The flat fee commission of $10,000 plus gst gave us certainty as to how much the commission would be. Anna has drive and such enthusiasm for her work - she worked so hard to get us the very best price for our property despite being on a fixed commission rate. At no time did we feel she only gave $10,000 worth of effort ! We would definitely engage Anna again in any property transaction and would highly recommend her to anybody !!!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our first home when Darren represented the sellers. He responded quickly to all of our questions, helped negotiate a potentially tricky "deal breaker", and honestly and diligently drew our attention to key features of the property and discussed potential developments that might affect the neighbourhood. After some amazingly dodgy experiences with other agents over the past six months - including two offers that we had to withdraw before going unconditional - it was such a relief to have our questions answered honestly before we placed our offer. We have been blown away with our experience with Mike as our agent. Both in selling our property and with buying our next property, Mike has been extremely knowledgeable and hard working. He advised us to sell in a way which best suited our situation and with quite a small window for sale he was quick off the mark in organising the listing, photos and viewings. Mike went above and beyond responding to txt messages, emails and fielding questions and phone calls at all times of the day/night. He was really well organised and talked to us in a way that was really easy for us to understand the process (as we have never sold a property before) His appraisal was honest and he was really informative about what kind of offers we were after and the type of buyers we would appeal to. After securing multiple offers in only a couple of weeks we were literally gobsmacked with the highest offer we received! Being a shift worker, Mike accommodated my abnormal schedule and timed inspections and viewings to suit, which made life a lot easier. Having to sell during covid restrictions meant limited face to face meetings but Mike kept us really up to date and informed of everything that was going on. Absolute A+ in communication. All in all a really spectacular result and we're really happy with how the whole process went. Would highly recommend Mike to anyone considering selling or buying for that matter.
