I have dealt with many agents over the years selling properties, I would rate Wendy right at the top. Two and one half weeks ago when a family friend heard we were going to list our house he recommended we consider Arizto, online sales and the Agent who sold his property Kere MacDonald. Now our house has been sold unconditionally for a very satisfactory price and we could not be happier. Kere took control from the start giving us the benefit of her experience and kept us fully informed every step of the way. We know buyers are not always easy to deal with and the online system is something both we and the buyers are not too familiar with using. $10,000 +gst flat fee sounds too good to be true? We had a doubt about not using major brand real estate but guess what! Process of selling out apartment was flawless. Free marketing and photos were all we needed and it only took 1 weekend open home to sell it! Would definitely use Arizto again 👍
