David is a true professional, he is extremely polite, unassuming, respectful and loves a challenge. He skillfully negotiated our the sale of our property to get the amount we wanted. This was not an easy sale for David owing to problems with our family trust. He stuck with it right through until it was sorted, offering all sorts of support. we are so grateful to David for this. Using ARIZTO is a no brainer. Other agencies would have charged up to $28,000 to sell our house. ARIZTO charged $11,500 GST inclusive. Our property was well advertised with top photography, video and drone footage. Then as if that was not enough David arrived when it was all over with a lovely pressie. I purchased a property off Kara in Parakai and we had problems with settlement of another buyer about 4 steps down. It took 6 days to settle and Kara went above and beyond to try and hurry things up. She conversed with my agent and another agent to try and make amends. I cannot rate Kara high enough for the effort and work she puts in! She was way more than just an agent trying to sell a house. She did everything possible to help with an unsettling experience of having a late settlement.

I've been trying to sell a 50 sqm unit in Mangere for 2 months. The Barfoot and Thompson agent could not sell it. Then I contracted Yadi who found a buyer within a week. The selling price was as originally expected and I did not have to drop it a lot even though it was a buyer's market! Yadi has good communication skills because he listens to my requests with care. Yadi replies to me within a day and sometimes within hours even though he has other multiple listings on the go. I highly recommend Yadi and would use him again!
