We listed our home with Vance just as the housing market was beginning to slow but even so, the excellent promotion and high quality photos and video Vance and Arizto provided attracted buyer inquiry and visits to open homes. Vance kept us informed of public feed back and we discussed strategy and pricing on a regular basis.
