We approached Kate to sell our house as a couple of friends had used her to sell their properties. Kate came round and did the appraisal and by the next week we had photos and were on the market. She gave us updates after every open home and we were really happy with it all. Deadline bought forward and sold above expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Kate again.

We couldn’t be more thankful for Brooke and all the help she gave us selling our family home. From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and so easy to work with. Selling our home was especially emotional since it was an estate sale, but Brooke was incredibly understanding and sensitive to the situation. She really took the time to listen to us, answered all our questions, and made the whole process so much easier. We always felt like we were in good hands. What really impressed us was how smart and strategic she was with pricing the home. She understood the current market perfectly and set a price that helped us get the best offer. Thanks to her knowledge and insight, we ended up selling for more than we expected. Another thing we loved was how she handled the photos. Instead of recommending expensive staging, she used virtually enhanced photos to make the house look amazing—this saved us both time and money! Throughout the process, Brooke was always available, kept us informed, and gave us great advice. She truly went above and beyond, and we felt supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for an agent who is not only knowledgeable but also compassionate and understanding, we highly recommend Brooke. She made a big difference in what could have been a stressful experience, and we’re so grateful for her help!
