David was so helpful in the sale of our home. He kept us up to date all the way through the process of open homes and regularly kept us up to date with incoming offers and sent weekly reports with information off the Trademe website. The process for signing up and concluding the sale agreement was simple and online. David walked us through the steps to a successful outcome.

Pip Wells was a great person to have to sell our property. Pip was very professional as well as down to earth. She is very knowledgeable with her real estate and also very approachable. She kept us updated throughout the sale, and was great to work with. Look forward to selling with Pip again in the future! Thanks Andrea, Debbie and Tracy

What we first loved about Michelle was her genuine nature. That together with her professionalism and frequent communication made, what is often a very stressful time, so much easier. We knew what was happening regarding our sale at all times. If we had any concerns Michelle listened attentively and set out options for us. To top all that Michelle had a contract for us at the price we wanted in 11 days of our house going on the market. I would not hesitate to recommend Michelle to anyone looking to sell their home, you could not find a better agent. Huge thanks Michelle.

Working with Kate was truly an exceptional experience. Kate’s professionalism and dedication stood out. What made the difference was her effective communication and honest, strategic advice. For instance, she guided us on the perfect timing to list, which resulted in multiple offers in just two weeks. She was always available for our questions—even at odd hours—and consistently put in the time needed to get the best result, regardless of the time or effort required. Kate’s deep market knowledge and personalised approach ensured that we got the best possible outcome. Arizto's flat-fee structure was a breath of fresh air. It provided transparency and excellent value compared to traditional commission-based fees, and I cannot see how they could have got a result like Kate did. I couldn't recommend Kate highly enough for anyone seeking a results-driven real estate professional who is genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for her clients. She made what can often be a stressful process feel effortless and smooth, such as when she handled all the negotiations directly keeping us updated without hassle.

I dealt with both Wayne and Veena during the purchase of the house and found them to be most helpful. Phone calls, messages and emails were always answered and answers to questions were provided. I never felt pressured to make a quick decision and that was very much appreciated as it made the buying experience less stressful.
