Victor was very helpful in helping us find our right house within a very within a very timeframe that was very tight for us. During this period he went out if his way to ensure that we were aware of the houses that were available and within our budget and preferences. Thanks to his help and advice we also learnt about other factors in terms of house sales and/or purchase that helped us decide what options were best for us. He also helped negotiate a good win-win deal with the vendors so that everyone was satisfied. And, he ensured all the required steps were taken and everything was completed accordingly.

Selling a house after 23 years involves a lot. Sharon gave us everything and more. She showed us respect, and compassion, whilst never losing her focus. She guided us when we needed it, gave us distance to make a decision, provided information and direction and all the while, supporting and informing us. I appreciated her honest work ethic and that allowed me to be at ease with this process. Sharon left goodie bags for people coming through, so they remembered our house, she never forgot the goal was a sale at auction. She ensured the photos and marketing were spectacular and was always available when we needed advice. Was I terrified going into this, YES. After meeting and working with Sharon, I actually felt good about something I had no control over. We did our job and wow, she did hers. Thank you isn’t enough.
