Wow, what can we say? Right from our first interaction, as potential buyers of another property, Leigh's honesty and integrity shone through. That's why, when it came to selling our rather unique property (a former church), we had no hesitation engaging Leigh. This, however, meant Leigh going WAY out of her way, as the property was pretty isolated. She did a great job with the initial listing, and even managed to get us NATIONAL exposure on Breakfast TV...! With such a unique property, located distant from a major town, it was always going to be a challenge, especially listing in the middle of winter. We all had a learning curve, and some challenges, but Leigh took them in her stride. We can genuinely recommend Leigh to sell your property, especially if it's a former church in the middle of 'nowhere'. In her selling capacity too, Leigh's honesty and integrity shone through the whole experience. Thanks Leigh, yer a STAR

As the purchaser of a property sold by Kathryn, I found her excellent to deal with; professional, prompt and very helpful with our requests to liaise with the vendors to allow tradespeople into the property well before settlement to prepare quotes and estimates for renovations. Highly recommended.

Jonathan did exactly what he promised. He was friendly and professional, sold the house within 5 days. He knew the kaiapoi market well and advertised the house to suit. We could not have been happier with him. If we are to sell again he is 100% the only agent we would use, he made the whole process stress free and kept us in the loop at all times. Thank you again Jonathan, enjoy your well deserved holiday.

Jonathon was a professional and knowledgeable agent. He worked hard to market our house through investigating other sold properties to find correct pricing for ours, the way he advertised it and in our open homes. He was friendly and courteous to us and was committed to making sure we got the best possible outcome. Our house sold in a good time frame and at a price we were happy with… all down to Jonathon’s dedication to his profession. We would highly recommend Jonathon to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Leigh Took the time to understand our goals and understand exactly what we were interested in. Because of this she was able to introduce us to a property that ticked all our boxes in a fast and efficient manner without wasting any ones time. 10/10 would use again. Thanks Leigh!
