We chose Electra because we had heard good things about her. I found her to be very punctual. She always arrived when she said she would. Our property wasn’t an easy property to sell, but she went above and beyond to get it out there and in as many places as she could. Thank you Electra

The property was only recently on offer and not initially on our radar but due to others not being adequate we took a look. Kathryn was on point with her general appraisal of the property and honest about its obvious issues which is refreshing. Straight forward again about the multi offer situation and timely with all property information at her disposal. Kathryn kept in contact throughout settlement period and assisted promptly with queries. We would be very happy to work with Kathryn in the future.

Working with Melissa for the purchase of our house has to rate as one of the most pleasant and easy transactions of 2014 for us. She showed her personable nature and was very easy to get along with. Our interaction with Melissa was always friendly and knowledgable and even though she was in Australia, her effort to keep us informed, made contact with her a very pleasurable experience. We would not hesitate to recommend her and look forward to any interactions we may have in the future.

We knew our property would not be the easiest to sell, especially if one is keeping a secret. Dave rose to the challenge and welcomed our input along the journey. We ended up with the desired result and couldn't be happier.
