Sharon and Mal provided excellent service throughout the whole process of selling our house. Sharon provided great advice on staging the house including providing plants and an inflatable bed for the third bedroom, so the house looked its best. They suggested the best advertising that would increase the number of views. They were very proactive in getting people to private viewings and open homes and they were very quick to follow up on viewings and provide feedback. Sharon and Mal are very personable and respectful and we cannot recommend them enough to sell your home.

Scott did an excellent job selling our house in a challenging market. I think he was right on target with his market knowledge and pricing strategy. His communication was always excellent through the whole process. He always delivered the information I was after and I never had to chase him for anything. We had an offer on our property within 3 weeks and Scott worked hard (on a public holiday) to get it to a level we were happy with. He then continued to communicate with the buyers during the conditional period to stay on top of things before anything became a problem. Would definitely use him again in the future and would recommend him to friends and family.

I found him genuinely interested in the job at hand aswell as real estate in general. He always seemed to have a very good outlook on the buyers and what they were thinking.
