Very happy with Morgan Cathro, she achieved exactly what she set out to do. Morgan managed to get over 30 potential buyers through the door and we ended up with three offers to choose from all within three weeks of going on the market. We were very happy with the result which was on the higher end of what Morgan advised. Right from the initial meeting Anna inspired full confidence that the sale process was in very good hands. Her initial appraisal of my property was comprehensive and, as evidenced by the subsequent sale, accurate. Her communications (phone, email and txt) were both timely and regular so I was fully aware of developments at all times. I found Anna very approachable, relaxed and, most importantly, never felt under any pressure whatsoever to make any decision until I was ready. She had emphasised right from the start that she was there to look after my interest as the vendor and that is exactly how things worked out.
