Kiri made a difficult journey easier as our home was on the market shortly after my husband died. She would be there with hugs when I got overwhelmed and constantly reinforced to me that I was in the driver's seat. When it got too much for me and my children, she encouraged me to take the house off the market to give us all a break which I was grateful for. She communicated with me weekly to advise of any progress. With my recent purchasers she advised on what to counteroffer as I knew my initial counteroffer would have driven them away. Sharon and husband Malcolm sold my house in December 2024 , She was recommended by a friend. This sale was a challenging assignment even before an unexpected negative building inspection set us back just before Christmas 2024. Nothing deterred Rochelle who ploughed doggedly on and came up with a buyer early in the new year at a price very close to our original expectations which were on the ambitious side. She knows the real estate regulatory framework very well and dealt very professionally with all parties. Her reporting & communication were very timely and thorough - if anything she over-communicates, but that is so much better than the alternative.
