I Think what I appreciate most about Kim was her efficiency. Being very busy myself what stood out to me was, I remember calling her on day 1 out of the blue and she moved some things around allowing me to make house visit just 30 minutes later.l, which we eventually bought. She was very knowledgeable of the area and market. And was a great communicator following up throughout the whole process.
