Was super happy with my first home purchase, however. On settlement day we arrived at the property to our keys being under a rock, no greeting or congratulations face to face. But a key under the rock as if it was our air bnb rental. There was no card or anything to say congratulations. As someone who has been in real estate before and had spoken to people who had purchased from her I expected something personal as a kindness. As a first home buyer, buying a first home was a massive deal, it was scary. She was extremely chatty and gave us the information we needed. She was always available when we wanted a viewing to do measurements. Overall, disappointed with the settlement day manners.
