Selling a home can be stressful, however we were so happy with our experience in 2019 that we asked him to manage the sale of our current home. Mike kept us updated throughout the whole process with regular feedback and ensured the open home times met our needs. We believe he priced our home to the current market which was reflected in the time it took to sell and the sale price. He was always honest and is not afraid to have hard conversations. We trust him and would use him again.

We highly recommend Chelsea Palmer to any prospective seller. We chose Chelsea because we noticed she had sold other properties in our area so must have been doing something right! We got a very fast result, at a price we were happy with. Chelsea's experience was obvious from the start, she knew what it would take to sell our home and worked closely with us to make sure we understood the process and even post sale, kept us in the loop with our purchasers which was awesome.
