We were unsure of which agent to use but after a discussion with Michelle we decided to proceed with Arizto. We wanted the house on the market quickly and Michelle organized all the marketing requirements and photography etc promptly. All were produced to a good standard. Michelle discussed the options we had of how to present the house on line and on a weekly basis prepared a report showing how the house was being viewed on the various web sites. We had regular open homes and finally sold the house for an acceptable price in a difficult market.

My partner and I recently bought our first home and could not recommend Kara more. As first home buyers it can be an incredibly daunting process going to property viewings and having to contact multiple different agents to find out information and arrange viewing times, and let’s be honest more of the realtors we met didn’t want to provide us the information we asked for, or didn’t take us as seriously when they found out we were first home buyers. However, not with Kara! I first contacted Kara about a property I was interested in, Kara called us within the same day and not only told us about the property and was able to answer any questions we had in simplified terms! She also went above and beyond to spend the time getting to know us and what our wants/needs/requirements/wishes were in a property. Kara organised our viewing quickly, arranged other properties she thought fit our criteria’s, and stayed in contact through the process. Honestly, as a first home buyer Kara is the only agent I would ever recommend, she’s down to earth, easy going, straight to the point and always available to answer any questions we had, which was a lot! Would highly recommend her to anyone as she helped us find and secure our first home!
