We could write a very positive book about Melissa Carson! We didn’t know her before we got our appraisal, but selling a property in a small town, Melissa’s reputation went ahead of her, and we heard about her via word of mouth, so thought we’d try her out. It was the best thing we could have done! She was very professional, very honest, friendly and helpful. The video and photographs couldn’t have been done better either, they turned out awesome! Her market knowledge was right on the mark too. She knew exactly what she was doing, and talking about. Melissa was very positive about both our house, and land features, and that was very important to us. Another thing that was great, is the fact that we didn’t have to be in Kaikoura to sell, as we live in Christchurch, everything was done online, (which is a great thing about Arizto), and even though we’re both not tech-savvy, Melissa explained everything on how to do things easily, with no hassles, she was very patient and kind. We were very happy with the sale. Melissa communicated with us almost every day, either by text or email, about the feedback she was getting on our property, and was very positive about it all. My husband and I really appreciate all that Melissa did for us, and she deserves a pat on the back for all her hard work! We would totally recommend Melissa Carson to anyone who is planning to sell their property in Kaikoura. Well done Melissa, we hope we get to meet up with you again someday! 👍🏼👍🏼. Without a doubt Mark is certainly top of the class and with his 30 odd years of being in what can be a cut throat job, Mark stands out as one of the best. As soon as we met him it became obvious to us Mark is a person you could have a quiet drink with and also become friends with. Mark helped us through the stages of what we had to do and even into the evening to sign things it was not a problem for him and again you just cannot beat Knowledge in this Job. Where to even start... As soon as I met Sharon I was confident she was the right lady for the job. Her experience, enthusiasm and availability are second to none. We decided to meet with Sharon to see what the deal was, because the Arizto commissions are pretty much half other agencies. Inititally I did wonder if Arizto would offer a lower calibre of service, since they were cheaper, but the exact opposite is true!! We paid half the price for double the service! They included a floor plan, video, photos and flyers for free. Even though the market is slow and it took a wee while, we never lost faith that Sharon would sell our home. She and her husband Mal are a great team - they are trustworthy, genuine people who go above and beyond. Sharon helped us to present our home - she has an eye for interior design and even loaned us some furniture pieces at no extra cost. I've enjoyed chatting to Sharon so much that I decided to gift her with a long nickname: Sharona! Nobody beats what Sharon and Mal offer!! Even the gift we got was incredibly generous! These are some amazing humans ❤️

Kathryn will go the extra mile to ensure your house will sell. She was willing to assist with ensuring the decor of our house looked good for photos and for open homes. She was flexible around the timings of open homes, and even helped out with making sure the place was clean, when someone wanted to see it at the last minute. Kathryn was easy to deal with, good at communicating, and upfront about details that we needed to know. Would recommend using her if you want to sell your house.
