Recently sold a rental property in Hamilton. This presented some challenges with having to work around tenants and us living remotely from Hamilton. The Arizto on line system worked well. Michelle had great local knowledge of the area and the best way to market the property. After an initial meeting with myself and our tenant, Michelle took over liaising directly with our tenant. She navigated the whole process with her professional but relaxed approach, achieving a successful sale for us while being respectful of our tenant. Went the extra mile right up to settlement. He is wonderful at following up interest by prospective buyers in a very timely fashion and keeping us regularly updated on interest in our property. At all times he is very respectful and thoughtful with us as vendors and with prospective buyers and has clever insights in how best to progress buyer interest. I have lived in rotorua for six years, and I have known amelia for six years, during which time I have also contacted some other real estate agents. I think she is the best one of the Rotorua residential sales agents. She is very smart, helpful, professional and patient, and the key point is that she has never used misleading language. Although occasionally I made her angry, she was able to keep her senses. If there is another business in the future, I will choose her again.
