We had been looking for a house for a little while, and I had been to a couple of Brooke's open homes before buying this one. She is always so lovely and organised, does not make you feel rushed or push you at all to make a decision. I appreciated how after open homes she would follow up with me, I could give honest feedback and her replies were always helpful and genuine. You can tell she is so passionate and caring about her work and the clients. I had probably been to dozens of open homes by the time I viewed my now home, which I did not plan on visiting that day! As soon as we arrived, we got to take our time, even asked her if it is okay we come back later that night with the family. She accommodated us that night, really went the extra mile to make sure our questions were answered. Brooke was also very forthcoming about any issues - we appreciated the transparency, she works with high integrity. Lovely working with you Brooke, you're not just our realtor but our friend too!
