When we first thought of selling, we were a bit worried about the slow market and how long it may take. Yvonne met us and she immediately put our minds at ease with her vast knowledge of the area (25+ years) and her personal knowledge of our home. She explained the complete process of how best to market our house and what options there were to us. She was honest in her assessment of timing and, unlike another agent we met, she wasn't critical of our older home, but honest and recognized and appreciated the many good things it had to offer. So, when we had numerous people interested, she was very personable and able to make a great first impression with her insight of the home. She is very respondent and always meets you, and prospective buyers, with a smile. Finally, we would be remiss in not mentioning that fact that Arizto's fees are MUCH lower than the competing agencies in the area. You can save a lot of money and still get the same high-quality marketing and service that the other guys offer. Simply put, you can't go wrong choosing Yvonne as your realtor.
