I’ve just been through my 12th house sale and working with Anna and Jen was the most enjoyable and easiest so far. I had bought my last house through Anna and it was a very obvious decision to engage her to sell it. Anna is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the process, and gets on with it with a lot of style and without any fuss. She has integrity, and when it comes to decision making, lays out the facts without any attempts to sway the seller, something I really appreciate given my own decent amount of knowledge of the process. Anna was excellent to work with and I would highly recommend her. She had great market knowledge so knew what was best to focus on to sell our property. She gave weekly updates on the progress of the sale and what we might need to adjust to get it sold. She was very upfront about the costs and what benefit we would or wouldn't get out of paying for any extras. Overall the cost was about half the price of regular agents but for the exact same service.
