We had a fantastic experience working with Kelly on the sale of our home and were able to achieve a great result. Kelly was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and laid out a plan that landed us with a contract that suited our situation perfectly and allowed the process to be as stress free as possible. Thanks a lot Kelly!

Mark is welcoming, genuinely kind, thoughtful and patient. When we had delays in our paperwork, he actively chased them and got everything sorted quickly releasing our stress for all parties. He also took on moving problems and sorted these for both buyers and sellers. We would definitely use Mark again. Thankyou Mark.

Right from our very first meeting Tiana impressed us with her knowledge and ability to answer all the questions we had about the property. It took a long time before we could finalise our purchase because we had to first sell our property and Tiana was always attentive, patient, responsive, bubbly, courteous and helpful during our prolonged journey. Nothing was ever a problem.

Selling a house from plans that’s in the build process is a hard task but Roei got it done for the price we needed!

Having been a real estate agent in the past, I found very it difficult to charge my Clients fees up to 4%, plus advertising costs, therefore I searched for a great real estate company/Agent that charged reasonable fees, discovering Arizto, in particular, Kelly Anderson. Arizto’s fees are a total of $15,000 (inclusive GST) that include all sale fees and advertising costs, excellent photographs, walk around video and floor plan. I engaged Kelly and from the date she initiated the marketing of my home, we had three weekends of open homes, three offers and sold my home for a price exceeded my expectations.

We had great experience with selling our house, The team had great marketing knowledge, set the negotiation price at a level to get people in the door, created a sense of urgency, in a fairly quiet market, with multiple buyers who came to open homes and viewings, negotiated with all interested parties, which resulted in some good offers. They gave great advice when reading those offers which resulted in a great offer with favorable conditions. We were very happy with the result.

Manu was very professional and helpful at all times. Went over and above what I had expected, which is great when moving from side of the island to the other. Would recommend him to sell your property.
